Functionality. ivs^® RFII keypads

I cannot initialize my keypads
- Are the keypads fully charged? Keypads have to be charged minimum 5 hours. The leds on the keypads must be continous green.
- Is the Base Station connected to the mains?
- Is the Base Station initialized?

If I take the keypads out of the boxes the display shows 325 or 327.
This means your keypads are equipped with the latest software. This number MUST show during Test Network. Keypads that do not show this number during Test Network have an older version of the software.

- Is the Base Station connected to the mains?
- Is the Base Station initialized?

Test network works fine but when I open the voting none of the keypads opens.
You initialized with NEW FUNCTIONALITY. This means test network will function but the keypads do not open and you cannot vote with the keypads. Put the keypads back in the charging cases, wait 3 minutes and initialize again. This time be sure you choose STANDARD FUNCTIONALITY.
