IVS-Risk Analysis
New for the IVS system is the Risk Analysis Software. This software enables to score defined risks with a group of people to see what the perception of the group is. Risks can be scored on Impact and Likelihood and if desired on Controll Effectiveness too. Below you can find an example of how these results are presented.
Risks are inserted as a question in the IVS-Analysis software. A template for the questionnaire is included in the software.
Based on the wishes of a client the scoring scale can be defined. A link is inserted in IVS that enables you to switch directly to the Risk Analysis Software. The results are presented realtime.
Switching back to the IVS-Professional software is done in the same way; by clicking the link you can score the next risk or score the same risk again. Depending on the situation you can score the risk again during a meeting or you can score the risk again after a certain period. This gives you an insight in how the risks are newly positioned. The second vote is also presented in a clear diagram showing how the risk is moved.
