Usage IVS Internet

Possibilities for presenting questionnaires. IVS-Internet offers two options for presenting questionnaires;
1. Anonymous voting
2. Controlled voting

Anonymous voting

With this option it is possible to publish a questionnaire that can be filled in by any visitor of the site. There is no relation between the answers that are given and the person that gave these answers. To prevent visitors to fill in the questionnaire more than once, there is a check on the IP address. Each following answer from the same IP address will be refused.

Controlled voting

This option offers the client the possibility to use a participants list that all receive a log-inn and password. Only after inserting the correct combination the participant can reach the questionnaire en answer the questions.

If you want to use the IVS-Internet application you can choose three options
1. Deliver the questionnaires and we do the rest
2. Use the application yourself for a period of time
3. Use the application yourself for a non limited period of time

Deliver the questionnaires 

You already have a questionnaire that you would like to present by the Internet. You can deliver us this questionnaire and, if you want to control who is allowed to answer the questions, a list of participants. We will take care, after consulting you,
of placing the questionnaire on the Internet when and how you want it. We will also supply you a report of all results that where scored on this questionnaire. Of course we can advise you how a questionnaire has to be created.

Use of the application for a period of time

If you want to publish a questionnaire on the Internet as part of a specific project or survey you can use the application for a period of for example 1 or 2 month. This means that you have access to the complete application. Here you can create your own questionnaires, define who will be allowed to get access to your questionnaires and process the data.

Use of the application for a non limited period of time

If you want to use the Internet for questionnaires on a regular bases but you do not have the material, the possibilities or the system management we can do this for you. As in option two you have access to the complete application.
