'Shareholders meeting'

Last Wednesday was the first time the shareholders meeting of the German Commerzbank used IVS to perform their voting. Since last summer Haubrok in Germany uses the IVS to support shareholdersmeetings. Haubrok already has several years of experience and they support some 100 shareholdersmeetings every year. A growing part is supported by electronic voting. Based on the experience that already exists in the Netherlands with use of the IVS during shareholdersmeetings Haubrok has asked IVS if it would be possible to combine their own registration software with the IVS software.
